Maxine Speck (Maxspeck.com) is a certified Vedic Educator. In 2013 she graduated from the Chopra Center in Carlsbad, California with certificates in Primordial Sound Mediation, Perfect Health Ayurvedic Lifestyle, and the Seven Spiritual Laws of Yoga.

Since practicing self-awareness techniques for the last twelve years, Maxine has transformed her health, her personal life, and her harmonious relationship with the universe.

For more than a decade, Maxine has taught through the City of Oakville, Oakville-Trafalgar hospital, at corporate events, her own private group classes, and to select individuals who wish to improve their health and wellness.

When Maxine began her journey of self-discovery, she was suffering from a variety of health issues.  Once she discovered her passion for healing and helping others to heal, her own issues began to be resolved. For her it’s been a remarkable decade of learning and sharing her wisdom with those who crave self-understanding and purpose.

Maxine teaches meditation as an ancient practice and reliable method of self-inquiry and improvement. Not only does it provide emotional peace and tranquility and physical wellness, but also a renewed connection with the true spiritual self.
